Our Energy Retrofit Coordinators in Cornwall are responsible for overseeing the project and providing a midterm plan that identifies different retrofit measures and the subsequent viability, monitoring, and evaluation of energy efficiency measures, per PAS2035:2023. 

An RPSA (Residential Property Surveyors Association) home buyer survey, also known as a Home Condition Survey, is a comprehensive inspection of a property, often equivalent to an RICS Level 2 Home Survey. It provides homebuyers with clear, jargon-free information about the property's condition, potential maintenance needs, and possible future costs. RPSA surveys are designed to help buyers make informed decisions and avoid potential problems during the purchase process. 

Our qualified Retrofit Assessors support the Coordinator carrying out condition surveys, occupancy and energy reports and give the information gathered to the Coordinator. Our Assessments are based upon PAS 2035:2023 'Whole House Assessment' and our scope includes all the necessary roles defined by this methodology

An EPC survey is a visual inspection by a qualified assessor to determine a property's energy efficiency and provide an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC). The survey assesses various factors, including insulation, heating systems, and window types, to calculate an energy rating (A-G). EPCs are required for selling or renting properties and help potential buyers or tenants understand a property's energy consumption.
